Controller

  • PLC Board components meet the highest industrial standards and are assembled using the latest “surface mount” technology for 100 percent accuracy and reliability
  • LCD screen has user friendly input buttons to switch to different modes.

  • Battery Voltage is displayed on the LCD screen and updated every second
  • Simple user interface allows for easy setup of device. Preset distance-based time cycles make automatic mode allows for quick setup.

Power Supply

Radio Transmitters

LED signals

  • Signal is comprised of Light Emitting Diodes (LED)
  • LED signals are 8” in diameter
  • Signals are 12Volt and comply with ITE standards
  • LED signals are certified as compliant with FCC (47 CFR, Part 15:2006 15.109, Class A)
  • Life expectancy of signal is 100,000 hours
  • Signals are contained in an ITE certified polycarbonate housing with an aluminum backboard
  • Visors extend over each signal by 7 inches
  • 4” amber LED beacon mounted on rear of signal head provides status of signal by flashing when the signal is green and staying solid when the signal is red.

Radio Remote Control

  • Weighs less the 0.5 lbs
  • Powered by 4 AA batteries that last from 6-12 months

  • 2 seconds button delay to prevent accidental pushing
  • Red LED light confirms receipt of signal upon press of button
  • Radio remote control stored in a nylon pouch with belt clip and spare battery pouch

Paint and Steel Preparation

  • Preparation includes phosphorus spray wash of bare steel to cleanse frame of oil and residue.
  • Two coats of epoxy primer and two coats of construction orange paint are applied (alternative colors are available).
  • Painting procedures comply with ASTM B117 specifications for resistance to salt air environment.

Cabinet and Signal Posts

Allows your workers to stop and start traffic at anytime with the push of a button. When your crew needs to bring a truck into the open lane they just push the Red button to stop the oncoming cars

Improves traffic flow through the workzone by detecting vehicles and adjusting the timing based on the traffic volume

Gatearm

A highly reflective and flexible gatearm can be added to provide more positive vehicle control.
